Just Announced:
Sheryl is the recipient of the 2007 ASCAPLUS Award.
The ASCAPLUS award is for song writers in the early stages of their careers.
This is the fourth year in a row that Sheryl has received this award.

Sheryl and Piraquara Records will team up again with a music licensing deal. Sheryl is in the studio putting the finishing touches on her newest composition entitled "Boia Fria".
2007 is sure to bring success to both partners.

In December, Sheryl completed a successful Brazilian tour with her full band which included: Rubens de La Corte on guitar, Celso Pixinga on Bass, Giba Favery on Drums and Celso Gattaz on Guitar/Backing Vocals. The tour was sponsored by Piraquara Records. Upcoming Brazilian tour dates, for 2007, include: Campos do Jordão
Festival do Inverno and the TIM Festival.

Sheryl's music is now available for commercial licensing with Pump.

My recent trip to Brazil, to set the groundwork for a tour in November, went very well. Meetings with the President of Piraquara Records, produced great results. A tour for the second half of November is being organized.
Shows will take place in São Paulo and include myself, Rubens de La Corte (guitar) and a Brazilian rhythm section.

Every Friday, throughout the month of July, songs from "Not An Ordinary Girl" will be featured on the Japanese radio station: Yellowbeat.com

Yellow Beat is a billingual music entertainment radio program playing all kinds of music from all over the world.

"Rubaiao" will be the first song featured.
