In The End, The Rain Song
I love "The Rain Song" by Led Zepplin.
When I die, I want it played at my funeral.
In a moment of heartache, I wrote this song “In The End, The Rain Song”
questioning God/Jesus as to why I hear Led Zepplin’s "The Rain Song"' playing.
Have I died and I am at my funeral?
Or has my heart been broken and if feels like I have died?

Chorus
Jesus, Who Died?
I hear The Rain Song playing
Must be a funeral going on
Is it I?
Have I died of a broken heart?
I don’t know.
Verse 1
Movin’ through the spotlight of a hundred emotions
Never knowing if I’ll find my way back
Lost inside your love
Ooh Ooh Ooh Ooh
Separate my body, slipped I’m falling apart
I’m so caught up in this impossible bliss
Lost inside your love
Ooh Ooh Ooh Ooh
Chorus
Jesus, Who Died?
I hear The Rain Song playing
Must be a funeral going on
Is it I?
Have I died of a broken heart?
I don’t know.
Verse 2
Just to have you near me that was never enough
I wanted everything but couldn’t give back
Lost inside your love
Ooh Ooh Ooh Ooh
Bruised by raw emotion and false jealousy
Left begging for a dream that will never be
Ooh Ooh Ooh Ooh
Bridge
And if I had the chance to do it over again
You know I would.
Oh, I would be true.
